Celebrating Black Business Month

We encourage our community to celebrate Black Business Month this August with us! Black Business Month was founded in 2004 by engineering entrepreneur Frederick E. Jordan and president and executive editor of eAccess Corp, John William Templeton. Their goal was to highlight Black-owned businesses and bring awareness to the unique challenges they face.

Along with Black Business Month, National Women’s Equality Day is recognized on August 26th. In honor of encompassing these different yet inherently interconnected days of recognition, we will highlight a few Black and women-owned companies that graduated or are currently enrolled in our BEI program.
