He has led change initiatives for organizations ranging from $10 million to $70 million in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Dan has also sponsored and orchestrated various information system implementations to boost process efficiency and inform business decisions. As a highly regarded team builder and coach, he leads engaged, effective and motivated teams of both internal and external resources.
