Aaron has more than 15 years of experience developing community-engaged education and providing access to capital for small business owners and other members of underserved communities. Aaron leads the development, piloting, and scaling of new high-impact lending solutions or products, while also underwriting complex or strategically significant small business loans, including predevelopment loans.
He was elected for Aspen Institute’s ELM Squared Fellowship as an emerging leader in the field of microentrepreneurship and has completed the New York City Office of Financial Empowerment Training. In addition, he is certified by the Credit Builders Alliance as a “Credit as an Asset” Master Trainer.
