Nectar is a Mass Save® HEAT Loan lender, offering no-interest loans for home energy efficiency improvements. We have funding available to assist homeowners with energy-efficient upgrades that include replacing heating and cooling systems, adding insulation, replacing windows and much more.

- Amounts up to $50,000
- 0% rates with up to 7-year terms
- HEAT loan authorization required
- Owner-occupied 1-4 family property
- Qualified improvements:
- Mass Save recommended attic, wall, and basement insulation
Heating systems - Domestic hot water and solar hot water heaters
- Central air conditioning and heat pumps
- ENERGY STAR® qualified replacement window
- Energy-efficient thermostats
- Mass Save recommended attic, wall, and basement insulation
- Available to customers: Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, Unitil Electric, and municipal electric customers served by Columbia Gas of Massachusetts or Liberty Utilities.
