If you’re dealing with safety issues, inefficient cooling or heating systems or aging structural issues in your home, you may be able to take advantage of Nectar’s home improvement loans. We’re proud to work in partnership with MassHousing to offer this loan to homeowners.

Lead Removal

Do you need financing to remove toxic lead paint from your home? Nectar partners with MassHousing’s Get the Lead Out Program to help homeowners and investment owners remove lead paint from their properties.

Mass Save HEAT® Energy Efficiency

Nectar is a Mass Save® HEAT Loan lender, offering no-interest loans for home energy efficiency improvements. We have funding available to assist homeowners with energy-efficient upgrades that include replacing heating and cooling systems, adding insulation, replacing windows and much more.

Energy Saver Home Loan Program

Nectar is proud to be a participating lender in the Massachusetts Climate Bank’s Energy Saver Home Loan Program. This program helps you reduce your carbon footprint while making improvements to your home. With Energy Saver, you can cut your energy use, and reduce or eliminate your reliance on fossil fuels.
