Katiria Adorno
Business Equity Initiative Program Manager
Katiria has been serving Black and Latinx entrepreneurs for the past 15 years in various capacities, including program management support, managing training logistics and events, acting as a liaison to local economic development agencies and business community groups, and fielding inquiries on business advisory services. She has also served at various institutions, including a decade at the Mass Small Business Development Center providing entrepreneurial support, Boston College as a student development advisor, and Northeastern University in administrative and event planning roles. Katiria graduated from UMass Boston and earned a master’s degree from Northeastern University.
